Kimbell Art Museum

In celebration of the introduction of Nuestro Kimbell, the Kimbell Art Museum will host a free “Fiesta de la Familia” on Oct. 2 from noon to 5 p.m.

Children and their adult companions will enjoy creative art projects inspired by the museum’s permanent collection and the release of Nuestro Kimbell, which includes Spanish translations of family gallery guides and permanent collection audio tours. Highlights will include hands-on studio-art activities, tours and children’s films, gallery storytimes, face painting and a live performance by Grupo Pakal.

Reservations are not required.

Spanish-language programs were made possible by a grant from The Hearst Foundations. Youth education programs are supported by the Heart of Neiman Marcus Foundation.
