Sur La Table's Date Night: Outdoor Dinner Party class is on sale for $58.96 per person and will take place from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, July 8.
"Party on the patio—or wherever. Simplify entertaining with a summer-inspired menu that goes from prep to perfection without heating up the kitchen too much," the website reads. "Practice techniques for marinating and cooking steak, try a refreshing twist on pasta salad, and fall in love with ice cream all over again."
The menu for the evening will include:
— Lemon Thyme Marinated Steak
— Fusilli with Burst Cherry Tomatoes, Mints and Burrata
— Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream
Class recipes are used with permission from Melissa Clark's Dinner: Changing the Game and from The Love & Lemons Cookbook: An Apple-to-Zucchini Celebration of Impromptu Cooking by arrangement with Avery Books by Jeanine Donofrio.
Classes are 2-2.5 hours and students work in groups of four.
Students will receive a coupon for 10 percent off in-store purchases the day of class.
