Mitchell Group buys 2nd property in medical district
Mitchell Asset Group Inc. has purchased a 32,000-square-foot property at 410-426 S. Henderson Ave. in Fort Worth, marking the real estate investment firm’s second medical district acquisition this year. The firm is led by Dax T. Mitchell and Andrew Gi. Its latest acquisition is just across from Cook Children's and Harris Methodist hospitals and home to a urological surgical center and a CVS pharmacy. Cody Payne of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller, Stephan and Helena Leung 2000 Trust, with the buyer represented by Andy Rogers of Kelly, Hart and Hallman LP.

CFG Park Corp. has purchased a 4,976-square-foot retail center near the Fort Worth Stockyards from FSCMJ Investment Inc. The property is located just north of the Main-28th streets intersection. Victory Group’s Tony Ramji and Kris Ramji have purchased 26 acres at the southeast corner of FM 156 (Blue Mound Road) and Basswood Boulevard in Fort Worth for an undisclosed price. The land will be used for a new retail development. Eddie Liebman and Matthew Rosenfeld of The Weitzman Group represented the seller. Davidson & Bogel Real Estate represented Victory Group.
WALNUT PLAZA BUYER
A California investor has sold the Walnut Plaza retail center near the Arlington-Mansfield city line to a local limited liability company, 2000 Walnut Plaza LLC, in an all-cash transaction.
The property, developed in 1985, occupies a 1.25-acre tract fronting FM 157. Its anchor tenants are Rent-A-Center and H&R Block. Plans call for Walnut Plaza to be renovated. Joe Hamilton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance DFW represented the seller, Stanley Fong.

Market Square retail center in Irving has been sold to Bo Avery of Tri Marsh Center. Prescott Interests Midway Plaza Ltd. sold the 49,727-square-foot property for an undisclosed price. The center is 92.2 percent occupied and features Boston Market, Pizza Hut, State Farm Insurance and FedEx among its tenants. Pierson Realty Advisors of Dallas represented the seller.
