Fort Worth Billiards

One of the oldest billiard retailers in Texas is relocating its services within Fort Worth.

Fort Worth Billiards Supply announced it will move to 3970 West Vickery Blvd., which is less than a mile away from its current location.

“It’s a move we’re excited about," Albert Trujillo, president of Fort Worth Billiards, said, "and, we’re looking forward to moving into a better-suited building as our business continues to grow.”

The store operated out of its Montgomery Street location for more than 30 years. Before that, it was located in Downtown Fort Worth, since its inception in 1952.

The new location will feature open concept showroom with modern display and highlighting techniques. More than 20 different pool tables, from modern to traditional styles, will be displayed.

Apart from pool tables, a variety of other games, like shuffleboard, foosball, air hockey, skee ball, pinball and various arcade games are also available.

The company also plans to open an academy inside the new facility that will provide billiard lessons taught by pro and former pro players.

There will also be a service center for a variety of pool cue repairs along with, pool ball polishing, plus a full-service pool table repair shop that provides pool table moves, rubber bumper replacement, recovering and more.

Fort Construction is building the facility. Urban Bobcat is the architect.

The new building is scheduled to complete this fall.
